Earth Day: Repurposing Workshop

Looking for an opportunity to be engaged in an inclusive milieu to create something beautiful and/or functional out of “garbage” or found items?  All people are welcome to offer and receive inspiration on Saturday, April 22, 2017 between 11:00 and 2:00.

Items with potential, as well as basic supplies will be provided.  Leave the workshop with a work of art created by yourself and a refreshed perspective on the “stuff” in our environment!

Shari Fader has been passionate about upcycling and repurposing before there were even names for it!  She has facilitated similar endeavours with people at various schools and she has participated in a few Fall Fairs.  Her creations have been described as being “whimsical” and “exuding character”.  Shari believes in the limitless aptitude of every person, she is encouraging and she appreciates that every creation is meaningful.

Date: April 22 2017
Time: 11am – 2pm
Cost: $50
